Paul Sneeringer's Story

I was born and raised in Fallston, MD, and spent most of my early days playing organized sports.

This persisted all throughout high school where I learned the value of leadership, how to influence people, and how a strong work ethic gave you your best chance at winning.

I brought these principles with me to college where I got a four-year Bachelor’s degree.

During my college years, and through the many sports I played as a youngster, I quickly realized that I enjoyed positively influencing people and quickly went into a lucrative sales career right out of college.

My first few years as a sales representative were exciting and I quickly moved up to become a sales manager.

I became quite effective as a sales manager utilizing leadership skills I learned in sports and applying them toward the sales reps under me.

We quickly grew as a company and I was further promoted.

After a while though, I was starting to get burnt out and was having a hard time just doing the fundamental things that made me successful early on.

My wife suggested to me that perhaps I didn’t find fulfillment in what I was doing which was essentially influencing people to successfully sell products for a profit.

Just around the same time, I ran into a high school friend who was a Realtor just getting started.

I believe when I met him, he had just sold 10 houses in his entire career.

I knew he was struggling financially due to him switching careers and just starting to produce as an agent, but I sensed and felt something in him that can only be described as Fulfillment.

He described to me that his job as a realtor was so important because he literally held his client’s financial future in his hands.

He said that his clients depended on him to sell their house to send them on their way to the next chapter in their lives.

I could tell that this was a great responsibility to him and at that moment I truly learned what a Fiduciary was; It was him.

I kept in touch with him for a while and noticed he was selling more houses, and was happier than ever!!

Sometime later on after he was a highly established agent, he said to me “I’ll never do anything else“.

I knew at that time that I wanted what he had.

Right at that point, my wife was accepting a new job offer in Northern Virginia.

In 2019, I decided to take a risk and become a realtor.

We moved to Ashburn, VA in 2019 and I started as a realtor with Keller Williams.

By 2021, I had become one of the highest-grossing agents in my branch office out of 180 agents.

I have never looked back and the sense of fulfillment I get from helping my clients sell their homes cannot be measured nor described!!

I find that I never get burned out doing the fundamentals that are necessary to execute for my clients!!

My clients find me to be an excellent marketer, master negotiator, knowledgeable, accountable, available, diligent, and well-prepared.

Through my sporting, and salesmen days, I’m able to influence buyer agents, buyers, appraisers, lenders, and sellers which seed me great results for my clients.

The end result is what keeps me going!!

All my former clients today are lifetime friends because of the bonds I developed with them through the home-selling process!!

Today I’m grateful to be helping sellers in Loudoun County receive above-market prices with favorable terms for their properties.
